About Me

I am not a laryngologist. I am not a speech-language pathologist or even a self-proclaimed Guru. Life led me against-the-grain to forge my own path, and I unexplainably followed.

I AM an ordinary person who was diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia in 2005 amidst an early-life crisis which spawned a deep-dive into my own multidisciplinary educational and experiential immersion to untangle its grip, all while adding more professional training to my repertoire.

From the get-go, I believed that treating the surface-level symptoms was only a band-aid for what was really going on at a deeper level---nervous system dysregulation from a lifetime of living in survival-mode.

Along with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, my voice was the most intense manifestation of the unexpressed turmoil I was suppressing under the surface.

And though at first I thought that if I could just meditate hard enough to become a mind-over-matter Jedi Master to rise above it, what I found was something completely different that involved moving into rather than beyond.

For me, getting my voice back became less about hyper-focusing on the output of sound and more about expressing, not bypassing, the traumas that had been lying dormant in my system for so long.

This program is the magnum opus of what took me 20+ years of trial and error to streamline into an effective solution that can work for you if you're willing to commit. I'm sharing it with you because I've lived many of your struggles first-hand and know you desire a more profound change beyond what conventional medicine and even other mind-body approaches have offered you.

I know without a doubt that when you work through this program at your own pace, honoring your own unique limits, that you will find what you've been searching for all along---not only a new voice, but a new You. When you are willing to put in the work and take ownership of how your voice ended up this way, profound shifts inevitably take place.

I firmly believe in the potential of this work to release your voice and transform your life and the lives of those around you, even reaching into future generations.

If you want to believe it too, then let's begin.
