VOCAL ATTUNEMENT™
What Attuned Voice Sessions Are
Attuned Voice Sessions are somatic, nervous system–informed sessions that support reconnection with vocal expression through regulation rather than correction or performance.
Your voice is viewed as part of your nervous system. It reflects your internal state, breath patterns, and protective responses.
When your system is under stress or prolonged emotional load, vocal expression may change. This can include tightness, reduction in voice, instability, or difficulty accessing natural sound.
These shifts are understood as adaptive, not dysfunctional.
The focus of this work is to support regulation of the system your voice is emerging from.

-

*No prior experience with voice or somatic work is required.
